Who we are
Onyx is a creator analytics and management platform operated at onyxksa.com. It is offered to agencies (tenants) who manage their own and their clients' data through it.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email, password stored hashed), workspace data entered by the tenant (clients, campaigns, invoices), public statistics of connected social accounts (followers, views, engagement), and technical usage logs kept for security purposes.
How we use data
To operate the platform, render analytics, generate reports and invoices, send service notifications, and improve performance and security. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Storage & security
Data is hosted on DigitalOcean servers in Frankfurt (EU). All transport is HTTPS-only; platform access tokens and provider secrets are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM; access is restricted by fine-grained roles with database row-level isolation between tenants.
Third parties
When a social account is connected, statistics are fetched through the platforms' official APIs or vetted data providers, under each platform's terms. We share only what is necessary to perform the sync.
Retention & deletion
Metric snapshots are retained for the period defined by the subscription plan and then pruned automatically. Tenants may request a full export or deletion of their account by contacting us.
